Wedding Venue Pricing at The Barn at Young Harris

We are honored that you are considering The Barn at Young Harris, Inc. This stunning barn wedding venue is situated on 30 acres of pasture, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Brasstown Bald Mountain and the bold Brasstown Creek. As a sought-after location for North Georgia weddings, The Barn is ideal for both outdoor and indoor ceremonies, destination weddings, and special events. Centrally located near numerous attractions, eateries, and hotels, The Barn truly provides the perfect setting for your big day.


We offer the following event pricing options with a maximum guest capacity of 150:


$7,000.00 - 1 Day Only (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) with 2 hours the day before for your rehearsal

$8,000.00 - 2 Days - Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Combined

$6,000.00 - 1 Day Only (Monday through Thursday) with 2 hours on a scheduled weekday for your rehearsal

$7,000.00 - 2 Days Combined (Monday through Thursday)

SPECIAL WEEKDAY OPTION - 50 Guests Maximum

$5,000.00 - 1 Day Only (Monday through Thursday) with 2 hours the day before for your rehearsal

$6,000.00 - 2 Days Combined (Monday through Thursday)


ACCESS TO THE VENUE


One Day Option - Property access from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of the ceremony and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning to remove personal items.

Two Day Option - Property access from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the first day, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the second day, and 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning to remove personal items.

Safety and Security


Wedding liability insurance covering your entire wedding party is the responsibility of the client.


REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS


Except for ceremonial music, ALL other music must be played/performed from inside the barn unless approved by the venue.

Consider the season of your event for needed heaters, fans, blankets, and/or umbrellas. Five (5) propane heaters are available for rent from us.

Access to the property is not permissible the day before the contracted event.

All music must conclude by 10:30 p.m.

Property must be vacated by 11:00 p.m., including vendors.

$1,000.00 refundable damage deposit.

We recommend a Day of Coordinator to help with table decor and place settings.

Food Service and Alcohol: The Barn does not require a licensed caterer or bartender, allowing you the flexibility to choose a caterer, restaurant, or bartender of your choice. We do, however, provide a list of recommended services if needed.


TO RESERVE


A signed rental contract and a deposit of 50% of the venue rental price are required.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the event.

A $1,000.00 refundable damage deposit must be paid 2 months prior to the event.
