Premium Package (2 Days)
Use of Property beginning Friday noon and ending Sunday 10:00 a.m. sharp
$4,000.00 – You set up and break down
$4,500.00 – 2 scheduled consultations, chairs set up at ceremonial site, tables and chairs set up for reception, break down and clean up provided
(setting the tables with plates, napkins, etc. cost extra)
Select Package (Any Two Consecutive Days Excluding Friday/Saturday)
Use of the Property beginning at noon on the first day and ending at 10:00 a.m. sharp on the third day
$3,700.00 - You set up and break down

Standard Package (1 Day Only)
Use of Property beginning noon any day Sunday – Thursday until 10:00 a.m. sharp the following day

The Barn has 2 cottages available to rent to the Wedding Party and or their guests.

$190.00 Wedding liability Insurance to be purchased by the client through the barn’s Insurance provider. The Insurance provider will contact the client to coordinate receipt of payment/paperwork needed.
$250.00 for off duty policeman who must be present the entire time alcohol is being consumed.
$400.00 Security/Damage deposit - Deposit will be refunded provided no damages have occurred.
The barn no longer provides linens but will be happy to recommend a company who does. We will be happy to place the linens on all tables for the Platinum Packages provided they are received at least one day prior to the event
Deposit of half of the rental fee,
$400.00 security/damage deposit as a separate payment
$250.00 for off-duty policeman when serving alcohol

5 high top tables
Miscellaneous furnishings in the barn or on the grounds including:

Assorted props including a variety of lanterns, mason jars, signs, etc.
The barn no longer provides linens but will be happy to recommend a company who does. We will be happy to place the linens on all tables for the Platinum Packages provided they are received at least one day prior to the event.
The barn is an outdoor venue, so there is a strong probability that you will need to financially plan for the following to ensure the comfort of your guests: tents, heaters or additional fans, etc. The Bride's room and Groom's loft are air conditioned.
Food Service: The barn does not require a licensed caterer and you are welcome to choose a caterer or restaurant of your choice. We do, however, provide a list of caterers and restaurants for you to choose from if you need suggestions.
The Barn Policies
Alcohol: An Off-duty policeman is required to be present the entire time alcohol is being consumed. The cost for the security is $250.00 to be paid to the barn the day the venue is reserved. The barn will schedule the security once a timeline has been established by the client. Consumption of alcohol as well as music must end no later than 11:00 p.m. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL
Vacating: As we offer Sunday weddings, it is mandatory that all personal belongings be removed from the venue no later than 10:00 a.m. the following day.
Lights and Air Conditioners must be turned off at the end of each night.
Smoking: All rooms and buildings are Non-Smoking. Renter agrees to provide designated smoking area for guests that smoke.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on property. Exceptions may include pets participating in wedding ceremonies and/or guide dogs for the visually impaired. Renter will be responsible for removing pet waste from designated areas.
Music: As a courtesy to our surrounding neighbors, amplified music must remain inside the barn and be turned off by 11:00 p.m.
Decorations: No silk petals, please. Nails, screws, thumbtacks, staples are not allowed in the barn, pavilion or the pergola without approval. Fireworks, sparklers, and other ignitable combustibles are strictly prohibited inside The Barn.
Bathrooms: If more than 200 guests are in attendance, client agrees to rent portable bathrooms, (one bathroom per every additional 50 guests over 200) at client's expense.
Venue Hours: It is mandatory that all guests and vendors have vacated the property no later than 11:30 each night.
Event Cancellation Fees: If you cancel prior to eight months of the date of your event, the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within eight months of the date of your event, the deposit is non-refundable. This is non-negotiable.
The undersigned has read the Policies of the Barn in its entirety and agrees to abide by the rules accordingly. The undersigned acknowledges that failure to adhere to any of the above policies may/will result in all or partial security/damage deposit being returned.
